Eligibility Criteria for CS Executive Course
The CS Executive Course exam is conducted twice a year, in June and December, and below is an eligibility requirement for students who have cleared the foundation level or are eligible for exemption.
Students from any stream other than Fine Arts, who have cleared the CS Foundation examination or eligible for exemption and are at least 17 years of age can register for the Executive Programme.
The admission of the CS Executive remains open throughout the year, and the students can appear for the examination in the June and December sessions.
CS Executive Registration Deadlines
Students must register by the deadlines to be eligible for the exam sessions. The cut-off dates are:
28 February - To take both parts in the December exam in the same year.
31 May - To take one component of the December exam in the same year.
31 August - To take both components of the June exam in the following year.
30 November - To take one component of the June exam in the following year.
Direct Entry via Exemption
You can directly access the CS Executive Programme if you have qualifying qualifications and do not want to sit for the foundation level examination. Know that you have the option for exemption if you have at least one of the qualifications below.
Straight entry candidates will qualify if a candidate has attained a master's degree in any subject except for Fine Arts.
Candidates will qualify if such candidates have cleared the Final Examination of the ICMAI.
Candidates will also qualify if you have cleared the Final Level of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or any other equivalent accountancy qualification obtained in India or overseas.
Thus, Commerce graduates are eligible to apply and join the Executive Programme.
Founded students or candidates with an ICMAI Foundation course, CPT course, or ICAI CA Foundation course are also eligible for exemption.
ICSI CS Executive Programme Fees:
The costs for the CS Executive Programme are as follows:
Registration Fee: ₹1,500.
Exemption fee for Foundation Examination: ₹500.
Tuition Fee: ₹5,000.
Subjects in the CS Executive Programme
The CS Executive Programme is made up of 7 papers into two modules.
